Dawn, Karla, Rachel, Andrea, and I are so excited to open the doors this week for our February Prairie Chick Market and Chocolate Tasting on February 9, 10 & 11th (open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily).

For those of you wishing to join us for the Chocolate Tasting on Friday, February 10th at 7:30 p.m., we ask you to please, please, RSVP in the next two days. We will be featuring chocolates from  “The Chocolate Season” located in Algona , IA.  Chocolatier, Erika Jensen has prepared an interesting menu of chocolate flavors and textures, showcasing artisan products made at her Confiserie and Dessert Cafe’. Yum! I can’t wait.
